Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
