Job Description
Education and Experience:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- 2 years of working experience with knowledge in IT infrastructure works
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Effective English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong multi-tasking and administrative organizational skills
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the Project team for project status and updating to Project Manager / Project Director
- Coordinate meeting and prepare minutes of meeting
- Prepare presentation slide on project status
- Prepare Business paper for approval, weekly update, request proposal, liaison with vendor, evaluate criteria and report
- Coordinate project’s requirement and material recommendation with vendor
- Administrate filing and arrangement of project document
- Engage engineering to evaluate new technology and testing, update project manager/Project Director
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
