Job Description
1) Assist Account Manager in maintaining and updating accurate accounting transactions
2) Assist and support Account Manager in the production of the annual accounts, financial projections, budget payment, cash flow report and submission of financial information to interested parties
3) Perform AP and AR transaction
4) Perform Bank Reconciliation
5) Prepare BG/TT/BA/LC
6) Responsible for managing debtors aging report and issue appropriate notification relating to bad and untimely payments
7) Maintaining good accounting records and filing of document
8) Any other assign task from time to time
