Job Description
GLO Travel is a regional travel agency based in Hong Kong. It is a well-known company in the region with 100+ media coverages, specialized in cultural and in-depth tours to exotic destinations worldwide. You will be working remotely in KL. If you want to step into the tourism industry, this is your chance.
We are now recruiting Travel Operation & CS Manager for Kick Ads Malaysia Sdn Bhd. You are welcomed to apply if you are a Chinese speaker and you are:
- Excellent in Written Chinese & English
- Experience in the tourism industry is preferred
- Good command of Cantonese is a plus
- Responsible, attentive to details, accountable
- Passionate about the tourism/traveling industry
You are going to be responsible for:
- Itinerary Planning & logistical arrangement with local travel agents at destinations
- Customer support and care
- VISA applications & renewal
- Administrative duties
