Job Description
Responsibilities
- Secure new customers, service existing customers, attend to customer’s request & ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Correspond and communicate with overseas group offices and agents pertaining to sales inquiries and information feedbacks on rates and shipment status.
- Raise Sales Reports and write up profile of every new prospective customer.
- Identify and promote company services with targeted customers to ensure positive end result of successful specifications.
- Prospect for new accounts and seek opportunities to increase saturation of existing ones and increase market share.
- Be knowledgeable on all service portfolio (Airfreight, Ocean freight, local and cross boarder trucking) for effective/correct specifications.
- Ability to adapt to customer requirement and provided with best solution.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- English/ Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin or any other local dialect is an added advantage.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in logistics or the related field is required for this position.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
