Job Description
- Managing eCommerce campaigns, sales, and website performance.
- Creating and managing content for social media platforms to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Handling inventory management to ensure timely product availability.
- Checking and reconciling stocks, coordinating new arrivals, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Auditing sites for content accuracy and promotional campaigns.
- Implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness and reach on social media and designing social media collateral.
- Analyzing eCommerce metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generating reports on sales, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
- Monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce operations.
- Collaborating with the analytics team to make data-driven recommendations.
