Job Description
As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent for City University Malaysia. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best candidates.
You will lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to expand our reach in finding qualified candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
