Job Description
- Allocates expenditure to specified budget accounts
- Compiles cost data for preparation of operating budgets, and profit and loss calculations
- Investigates the costs of proposed expenditures, quotations, and estimates
- Prepares reports of total costs, inventory adjustments, and profits
- Examine invoices to assure that they are in accordance with deliveries and invoices are correct before being paid
- Ensure processes are followed, providing management with feedback to assist with continuous improvement
- Provide support to the Finance team with ad hoc requests
