Job Description
– Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
– Troubleshoot and repair machines such as pumps, motors, control valves, and cylinders.
– Proactively address operational issues, suggest innovative solutions for operation improvement, cost reduction, and energy efficiency.
– Support engineers in troubleshooting, investigation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
– Maintain minimum response times to equipment breakdowns and achieve equipment availability targets to support production activities.
– Perform general repair and electrical works.
– Manage spare parts and inventory usage.
– Responsible for daily electrical/machinery maintenance and repair works.
– Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and data.
– Collaborate with other departments to support company operations.
– Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by section head.
– Must have experience working in a 24-hour manufacturing environment
