JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum educational requirement: SPM
- At least 1 year of work experience as a Clinic Assistant
- Able to work shift hours
- Basic English skills
- Experience will be an added advantage
- Microsoft Office literacy
- Able to learn and work in a clinic setup
- Good personality and communication skills
- Caring, honest, and responsible worker
- Able to handle patients and clinic
- Fast learner
- Having own transport will be an added advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for registration and processing patient entries
- Assisting the doctor with daily clinic procedures
- Handling payments for services and medicine from patients
- Coordinating phone calls and emails for appointments and inquiries
- Assisting patients and customers by providing precise information
- Completing other tasks delegated by supervisor
LOCATION: SUBANG JAYA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
