Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Carsome Sdn Bhd. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
- Developing and implementing process improvement plans and strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall performance.
- Collecting and analyzing data to measure process performance and identify trends.
