Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To greet and welcome customers with efficiency, integrity, and professionalism.
- Attract and engage customers, educate them about health issues and products, and cross-sell accordingly.
- Confidently present and explain the benefits of our products and services to attendees.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the brand image of ‘Health Prevention.’
- Strengthen customer relationships through after-sales service.
- Explain our electro-therapy treatment to customers during their sessions.
- Effectively communicate the product benefits to potential customers, using persuasion skills.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree Level in Marketing (an added advantage).
- Love and passion for interacting with people.
- Ability to set and maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethics, and team spirit.
- Be honest, cheerful, and always greet customers with a smile.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Presentable and committed to delivering results.
- Possess own transport and enjoy traveling.
- Fresh graduates/Entry-level applicants are welcome.
