Job Description

Department/Division: Service Center J Brother Auto Sdn Bhd TTDI Kajang
Reports to: Service Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Warranty claim preparation and submission.
- Digest the warranty process and liaise with Proton.
- Defective warranty parts storage and control.
- Responsible for maintaining proper filing on all related documents.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- IT literate.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Possess good written and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Must undergo training at Proton to ensure the ability to achieve Proton high-quality assurance in parts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend jobs
Experience:
- Foreman: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- License (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Kajang (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
