Job Description
- Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and receiving vehicle information.
- Achieve enhanced customer satisfaction through careful listening to customer’s request, obtaining approval for additional jobs and provide detailed explanations of repair orders.
- Estimate cost and completion time, and settle customer accounts.
- Ensure vehicles are ready within the promised time.
- Carry out optimum quality checks on all vehicles before delivery back to the customer.
- Responsible for effective participation in special service campaigns, fix-it-right programs, follow-ups, parts back orders, and regular updates on major jobs.
- Maintain tidy grooming and professional appearance.
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management/superiors.
