Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth operations.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting with the recruitment and selection process, coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in HR or administrative role is preferred
