We invite Malaysian citizens who meet the qualifications/criteria to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure toll booths and other equipment are functioning properly before starting operations and report any damages immediately.
- Ensure accurate vehicle class classification.
- Support product sales, accessories, etc. if required.
- Assist highway users in the lane facing difficulties to ensure first aid support to users.
- Manage and control traffic in case of lane issues.
- Receive and report any information or complaints from highway users.
- Ensure transaction details are accurate according to established operating guidelines.
- Report any extraordinary incidents and toll booth equipment damages to the Toll Supervisor.
- Report to supervisors for daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Willing to work in shift hours.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience.
- Valid driving license for classes B2 and D.
Other requirements:
- Good personality and communication skills, trustworthy, responsible, firm, with integrity and discipline.
- Proficient in both Malay and English communication.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: Up to RM2,00.00 per month
