Job Description
We are currently seeking a diligent and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through online chat in both English and Bahasa Malay languages.
As a Chat Support Agent, your main responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will need to communicate effectively and present solutions to customers in a professional manner.
To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malay, as well as excellent typing speed. Previous customer service experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
