Job Description
The position of Nurse Clinician requires a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. The Nurse Clinician will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Perform clinical assessments and provide direct patient care
- Administer medications and manage patient records
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
