Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, eCommerce Buying. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall buying strategy for our online platform. You will work closely with the eCommerce Buying Manager and assist in managing the purchasing process, analyzing market trends, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
As an Assistant Manager, eCommerce Buying, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in developing and implementing buying strategies to enhance our online product offerings.
- Monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with the eCommerce team to ensure timely and accurate product listings.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization.
- Managing relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and terms to ensure competitive advantage.
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and a strong passion for online retail, we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, along with experience in eCommerce buying or merchandising. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
