Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, Catch and etc), ensuring a consistent and extensive presence of our products.
• Accurately create and implement product listings and catalogs across all business platforms.
• Maintain business platform quality in accordance with templates or recommended quality assurance provided by Backend Manager.
• Ensure listings follow SOP guidelines and maintain a consistent tone.
• Organize or plan any ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD.

Job Specifications:

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing, E-Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge in computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Suite) and willingness to learn new software.
• Basic knowledge in coding is required.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and collaborate in cross-cultural team settings.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (is a must).
