Job Description
Your New Roles
- Responsible for full sets of accounts
- Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Deal with bank (Manage, check balance of bank account and bank reconciliation)
- Deal with accounting firm and audit firm (GL control, check financial statement and etc.)
- Gathering and monitoring financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Ensuring that all Company accounting transactions comply with the law and support the Company’s compliance requirements
- Familiar with Malaysia government taxation especially Sales & Services Tax
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need to succeed
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualifications i.e. part ACCA, or graduates in accounting related field
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel and with knowledge of any accounting system.
- Preferably with a least 3-5 years working experienced.
