Job Description
A Sales Advisor plays a crucial role in our company’s success by actively driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers to identify their requirements and provide assistance
- Presenting and promoting our products or services to potential customers
- Negotiating sales contracts and terms
- Up-selling and cross-selling to increase revenue
- Maintaining accurate sales records and documentation
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Sales Advisor should also be knowledgeable about our products or services and be able to effectively address customer inquiries or concerns.
