Job Description
STANDARD PERFORMANCE:

Reports all accidents/incidents and hazard to the superior and complete the Incident Report Form for each accident/incident.
- To perform other related duties as assigned and directed by the immediate superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM1,600.00 per month
