Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Driver – Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of drivers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily routes and schedules for drivers.
- Ensuring that all deliveries are made in a timely manner.
- Managing and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during delivery.
- Providing guidance and support to drivers, including training and coaching.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Monitoring and maintaining the condition and safety of company vehicles.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
