Job Description
This role is aimed at marketing the services of the Company and executing commercial initiatives with the objective of achieving the Company’s financial targets (revenue generation and collection).
Key responsibilities:
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders to develop long-lasting relationships.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and continuously expand the relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, with the goal of providing the best service and resolving any issues and problems faced by customers.
- Work closely with internal parties to ensure smooth delivery of services in a timely manner.
- Conduct sales forecasts and prepare reports to support the Company’s commercial performance.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Key requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field, preferably relevant to medical lab.
- Fresh grads are welcomed to apply. Any prior experience in sales/marketing/customer service/healthcare is advantageous. Salary range will be negotiable for experienced candidates.
- Must be able to travel frequently within Klang Valley i.e. possess your own vehicle and a valid license.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals.
- Driven by sales targets and passionate to deliver solutions based on customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM3,800.00 per month
