Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Supervisor to join our team. As an M&E Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of all mechanical and electrical works on our projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the M&E department
- Ensure that all M&E works are carried out according to project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor progress, track timelines, and provide regular updates to the project manager
- Collaborate with the design team to review and interpret technical drawings
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Perform inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
