Job Description
Title: Beauty & Wellness Consultant
Location: Tmn Tasik Pemaisuri
Working Days: follow retail hour – 10am-6.30pm
Industry: Established TCM Healthcare centre 中医院
- Understand and promote company treatments and products to customers
- Provide health and beauty wellness consultancy to walk-in customers and online inquiries.
- Assist in queries relating to appointment bookings or service inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs & objectives; in order to promote treatments and packages available to customers.
- Assisting in Wellness Section operational and administrative tasks.
- Arrange and bring customers to treatment rooms and document all information in customers’ records.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and following SOPs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 6 Working Days
Requirements
- Sales experience in Healthcare/Beauty/Aesthetic will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay to provide services and consultation to Mandarin-speaking and other customers.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as MS-Excel, are required.
- Work proactively, with a high sense of responsibility, dedication, and teamwork.
- Ability to pick up job procedures quickly and complete the assigned tasks properly.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Replacement leave and OT applicable if any.
