Job Information

Job Description

1. Register all patrons to Recreation Centre.

2. Close shift and submit collection report to Finance Dept/Duty Manager.

3. Register students who are taking classes with coaches and verify student numbers for billing purposes.

4. Assist in the operations of events held at Recreation Centre.

5. Respond to members’ and guests’ queries regarding rates, facility reservations, etc., in person or via telephone.

6. Take facility bookings from members and guests.

7. Regularly inspect the facilities during usage to maintain cleanliness. Immediately report any breakdowns.

8. Report any incidents to the Superior/Duty Manager after filling out the incident report form provided by the guest.

9. Investigate and inform management/superiors of any abnormal findings.

10. Ensure implementation of company policies and be accountable for their correct execution.
