Job Description
Responsible for running the daily parts operation in the warehouse department.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Replenishes stock on the service floor as needed and places special orders for service advisers based on customers’ approval when necessary.
- Checks items received against shipping invoices to ensure the shipment is accurate.
- Uses inventory control software to log information and conduct regular store inventory.
- Answers customer and sales associate questions about available items in stock.
- Ensures recall part monitoring by keeping stock available at all times.
- Packs up defective items or overstock and arranges for the return shipment to SPC.
- Charges out parts into the correct invoice type in the job card once supplied to technicians.
- Properly stores parts and checks daily to prevent shortages and theft.
- Complies with operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
- Assists in cleaning up the store and stockroom during closing shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,800.00 per month
