Job Description
- Memorizing all product and service prices and packages.
- Achieving the sales target set by the manager at all times.
- Responsible for providing feedback and handling inquiries and complaints on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Constantly thinking of ways to increase viewership on social media day by day.
- Always brainstorming for the best and most attention-grabbing content for the audience.
- Assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
- Successfully executing promotional packages according to the company’s schedule.
- Monitoring social media platforms in a positive manner.
- Explaining to customers about purchased/installed products on their motorcycles.
- Performing store cleaning tasks such as sweeping the floor, organizing items, and mopping.
- Continuously searching for ideas to boost company sales.
- Conducting scheduled live broadcasts on all online and offline platforms according to the established schedule.
- Collaborating in every marketing program to enhance company sales.
- Possessing deep knowledge and proficiency in a particular product line.
