Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure effective strategic planning in assuring the achievement of the Group’s business targets – Revenue, COGs, and PBT.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations by implementing the restaurant performance policies and procedures by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
- Lead the Restaurant Managers to review operations data and information to achieve the targeted improvement in performance.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the market so that competitive awareness is maintained by continuously monitoring the competition and then reacting accordingly to balance the business advantage.
- Prepare daily reports for the tasks performed in restaurants and report every week to Operations Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 5 years of Operations experience in the Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service Industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational Skills.
- Dynamic, self-disciplined, and high sense of integrity.
- Computer literate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
