(Selangor – Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all launches, campaigns, and activations encompassing digital and social media, trade marketing activations, promotions, and/or events.
• Monitor, compile, and report the performance of every promotional activity and campaign.
• Handle all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities and analyze media coverage.
• Maintain and assist in social media site updates/information and perform effective data analytics.
• Liaise and coordinate monthly brand updates with the sales team on the development and planning of the brand campaign.
• Research and track competitors’ marketing activities periodically and collect market data and insights to analyze the brand’s competitive performance and future plans.
• Coordinate and support in the creation and distribution of all varieties of marketing materials such as brand guidebooks, POSM, ATL artwork, imagery, premium, press releases, seasonal offerings, and product highlights.
• Plan and source premium and related marketing material collateral for campaign/promotion development.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum one year working experience in any marketing/trade business, preferably in the hair & beauty industry.
• Social media/digital marketing skills
• Good organization and planning skills in meeting project deadlines
• Able to communicate and interact well with suppliers and associates at all levels.
• Team player and able to work independently
• Good written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
