Job Description
Schedule and Arrange Training:
- Coordinate and organize internal training sessions.
- Arrange external side visit training programs.
- Conduct new employee onboarding briefings.
Training Delivery and Evaluation:
- Conduct pre-training, post-training, and classroom sessions based on established programs.
- Design technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and deliver training accordingly.
- Evaluate training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Employee Skill Development & Performance Appraisal:
- Assess employees’ skill sets and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and manage technical knowledge tests to gauge employee proficiency.
- Provide technical support in response to customer complaints.
- Conduct performance appraisals for employees, considering their technical competencies.
- Monitor and report on employee training attendance and technical knowledge ratings.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and set up events, including eye care initiatives, donation drives, and product launches.
Reporting:
- Generate and compile reports related to training, employee attendance, and technical knowledge ratings.
