Job Description
Main Responsibilities:-
- Assist in daily operation of E-commerce stores including order processing.
- Updating and maintaining platform back end such as product listing, pricing, and etc.
- Attend customer inquiries, solve customer complaints and update accordingly.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filling and controlling documents.
- Assist in composing and posting online content for social media page and website.
Requirements:-
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business or any equivalent fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu as this role requires communication with all team leads and clients.
- Candidates with experience in relevant E-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada) will be an added value.
- Competency in Microsoft Office.
- Candidate must possess independent, strong interpersonal, and good communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the ALCOHOL Beverages Industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
