Responsibility

• Manage and keep track of stock inventory
• Responsible for all tasks that related to administration & inventory management.
• General office management: office maintenance & support, procuring office supplies and control office expenditures.
• Liaising with production department on stock & purchase
• Assist superior to handle emails, incoming calls and customer service
• To maintain an organized filing system to ensure traceability of documents;
• To assist in the preparation of Quotation, Sales Order, DO, Invoice, and others.
• Assist in clerical or other related office duties as & when assigned

Requirement

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese would be an advantage
• Training Provided
• Willing to work in a factory environment in Klang
• Able to work 5.5 days a week.
• Possess a min SPM/equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Incentives Offered: EPF, SOCSO, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:
