Job Description

As a Telemarketing Representative at Cerakote Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and expanding our customer base. We are looking for results-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for building positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from Whatsapp inquiry.
2. Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.
3. Build rapport with customers and address their inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Follow scripted pitches and sales scripts while adapting communication style to engage with diverse audiences.
5. Qualify leads and generate interest in our offerings to meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and contribute to overall team success.
8. Stay informed about product/service updates and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
