Job Description
- To assist in recruitment preparation by communicating with candidates and schedule interviews
- To assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Updates the Employee Listing of the new hires for Payroll updates, monitor and up to date all documentation in order
- To monitor daily attendance of the Company’s employees
- Upkeep of employees’ records and maintain an effective filing system
- Provide clerical and office administrative support
- Liaison with relevant local authorities for license and permit application matters
- To take charge of office stationery inventory control & distribution
- Any ad hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by management from time to time
- Handle day to day operations of accounting record and filing
