Job Description

Teraju Farma Sdn Bhd is inviting candidates to join our team. We have recently set up a new office in Shah Alam Seksyen 27 and are looking for an Account Assistant to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor AR aging reports to ensure prompt collection according to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Perform follow-up calls on past due accounts for settlement of outstanding balances.
  • Assist in issuing receipts upon receiving payments and accurately matching the invoices.
  • Provide monthly statements of accounts and reminders to customers.
  • Prepare issued tax invoices for penalty claims.
  • Initiate refunds for identified overpayments.

Fresh graduates with account qualification are welcome to apply. Successful candidates will be guided by superiors and senior staff. This position is for an 8-month contract under the Protege scheme, with a possibility of permanent employment based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From RM2,00.00 per month
