Job Description
· Overseeing the complete shipment fulfilment process from receiving shipments to tracking and ensuring on-time delivery.
· Responsible to handle import and export documentation
· Collaborating with the Air Freight Supervisor to manage both inbound and outbound operations.
· Engaging with customers to provide assistance and support, addressing and resolving issues such as delays in shipments etc.
· Accessing data during shipment issues to identify and resolve challenges.
