Job Description
The roles and responsibilities of a Company Driver are as follows:
- To protect and drive your Principal to places as instructed, which include their family members or clients when necessary. To ensure the safety of your passengers during the drive and escort the Principal and guests all the time.
- Safely drive and bring the bosses, visitors from designation to designation, as assigned.
- Ensure punctuality and safe transport to both internal and external passengers/guests.
- Display the highest level of professional conduct when driving a company vehicle.
- Drive within the legal speed limits.
- Comply with traffic legislation.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean both inside & outside, tidy and in good working condition at all times.
- Keep a travel/outstation log to record locations traveled to, travel time, mileage, and work hours.
- To monitor and arrange schedule maintenance to service company vehicles according to manufacturers’ recommendations and make a record.
