We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Consultant to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR advice and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment and selection processes
- Providing guidance on performance management and employee development
- Assessing and implementing compensation and benefits programs
