Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Director’s schedules and organizing meetings, appointments, travel schedule are carried out effectively.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Director’s office and internal departments.
  • Reporting and performing secretarial as well as administrative duties such as meeting minutes preparing communications.
  • Ensure reports submitted by various departments/ Group Companies are in order, time and summarize the key points and with schedule for action.
  • Assist in Managing various project assignments, closely follow up and met deadlines.
  • To perform Director’s personal task as per assigned.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources Management, Business Studies / Management, Secretarial , Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Able to maintain confidentially with a high level of commitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
