Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic selling. You will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for expansion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing products or services and addressing their needs.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales and maximize profitability. Work closely with the pricing and finance teams to develop competitive proposals.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate product or service value propositions.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
- Initiative: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
