Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Training Executive – Automotive to join our team. As a Training Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our automotive division.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for our sales team, service technicians, and other automotive professionals.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive technology and industry trends.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
