Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Cum Account Clerk Receiver. This position will play a crucial role in handling administrative and accounting tasks and ensuring smooth operations in our organization.

As an Admin Cum Account Clerk Receiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and managing incoming mail, emails, and packages
  • Preparing and processing invoices, payment requests, and purchase orders
  • Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
  • Assisting with payroll and financial reports preparation
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate record-keeping
  • Managing office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies as required
  • Assisting in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and time management skills. A keen attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office are also essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team are required.
