Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for PR and PO accordingly to suppliers.
- Monitor orders and deliveries according to plan provided by suppliers; close follow up and efficiency on updates.
- Handle material quality issues and delivery issues on invoices (work closely with Customer Service department on returns/ damaged goods).
- Ensuring purchase quality, quantity, deliveries and prices are correct.
- Ensure purchasing records are up to date, generated periodically.
- Prepare forecasts to management in view of customer’s requirements (based on feedbacks from the Sales Team & past history sell outs).
- To liaise with suppliers and coordinate on goods replacement (CN/ DN) if any.
- Ensure proper documentation and input accurate datas accordingly into the system.
- Effective problem-solving abilities, liaising closely with direct superior; Procurement Manager on daily tasks.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills.
