Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of Talent Care Advisor (Japanese Speaking) at IBM. As a Talent Care Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Japanese-speaking candidates throughout their onboarding and career journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and support to candidates, answering their queries and addressing their concerns
- Facilitating the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth integration into the company
- Monitoring the performance and satisfaction of candidates, identifying potential issues, and offering solutions to enhance their experience
- Collaborating with other teams to create and implement effective talent care strategies
- Keeping track of candidate data and maintaining accurate records
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. You should also have a strong desire to help others and a passion for providing top-notch candidate care.
