Job Description
MyGift Universal Sdn Bhd is a gift & premium supplier specializing in corporate gifts, premium gifts, promotional gifts mainly for corporate marketing.
We are hiring a Customer Service Assistant for our Klang outlet. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy working with customers, we encourage you to apply.
Job Descriptions:
- Responding with accurate information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization.
- Handling sales orders.
- Managing customer data.
- Performing ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Service-minded personnel with an interest in helping and working with customers.
- Keen to learn new skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Working location near Taman Sentosa.
