Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the Sales & Distribution department. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing sales plans and budgets, as well as analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and monitor their progress.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the distribution industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
