Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds the dealership’s sales targets.
Responsible for providing the best customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring the sales team delivers excellent service.
Responsible for monitoring vehicle inventory and working with the inventory team to ensure the right vehicles are available for customers.
Responsible for training and improving the product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills of the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract customers to the showroom.
Responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
